Warranty Terms & Conditions

All products purchased from our company are guaranteed to keep in good repair/ replace for 3 years. If quality problems happen during the guarantee period, our company will maintain for free.

Under any of the following warranty, related maintenance costs will be collected:
1.Product was not normally used, you may need to undertake the shipping cost for return and replace. 
2.Fire, electric shock, outside object collapse or other natural disasters causes make the equipment damage, you may need to undertake the shipping cost for return and replace. 
3.Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, and change, you may need to undertake the shipping cost for return and replace.

Special Legal right will be provided to the dealer. If the dealer and customer need the maintenance service, please contact the customer service center to gain the authorization code and the following info:
1.Product model and serial number;
2.Purchase date, invoice No., shipping No., and other information you think necessary. 
3.Defect details;
4.Any other information you think may help solve the problem.
